ISTRO 2027 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstracts for oral presentations and posters are submitted at www.conference.istro-nigeria.org.ng
  • Authors of accepted papers should provide a complete description of the overall purpose, methodology, implication and potential impact of their scholarly work.

LANGUAGE

All presentations must be in English.

TITLE: Please avoid uncommon acronyms in the title.

AUTHOR LIST: The author’s name(s) and affiliation(s) appear below the title in capital and lower-case letters.

IMPORTANT: Required Author Registration

    • At least one author registers for the conference to avoid being withdrawn from the conference program.

    • Conference registration at: www.istro2027.istro-nigeria.org.ng/registration

    • All presenters MUST register before January 31st, 2027 to ensure their abstracts will be printed in the conference proceedings.

LENGTH

  • You are allowed a maximum of 450 words.

  • No figures and no graphs.

  • Any documents that exceed the limit will be returned for revision.

  • 2 abstracts per author maximum.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION

  • All abstracts → January 31, 2027

  • Notification of acceptance will be sent no later than two weeks following the close of submission (January 31st).

  • Presenter’s ID will be issued after January 31, 2027.
